We wanted to create a page where we would answer many of the questions we received regarding our research study. The main goal was to reduce the number of questions our team had to answer on a daily basis.

The goal was to reduce the number of questions customer success team had to answer on a daily basis. To begin the customer success team created a document to track the number of questions, separated by the subject and method of contact. After we had a few weeks of data we were able to begin narrowing down what the page needed.
